Microsoft PowerPoint is used to inform employees on how to use other software quickly and used as quick notes. The company also uses PowerPoint to address what types of materials that will be used in projects. Microsoft PowerPoint can show pictures as examples as an easy way for step-by-step ways to use other software used in the company.
  • Inserting pictures clearly.
  • Can change backgrounds.
  • Have easy to use [templates].
  • Can provide more [template] choices.
  • Technical difficulty with slides.
  • On going cost.
Microsoft PowerPoint is great for presentations. The slides can be used to summarize different topics [along] with pictures. The company I work for used PowerPoint as training and report of financials gains at the end of the year. The only time where PowerPoint is less effective is when explaining complex subjects.
  • Adding and removing slides.
  • Customizing color.
  • Rearranging slides.
  • Technical issues during presentation.
  • Expensive cost.
  • Pasting pictures in tables can be easier.
Microsoft PowerPoint was the only [one] I have used since it the only one available to me in the office. So far using Microsoft PowerPoint has been working great with presentations and learning. The document [templates] provided by the software is easy to use along with the designs provided. Once in a while, the software gets stuck while presenting.
